Refund policy
스탠다드 메이커 (Standard Maker; representative 박종민; business registration number 737-32-01927) applies this policy to paid credits and conversation requests on Praxis. Test payments that do not charge money have no amount to refund.
1. Refunds for unused credits
- You can request a refund to the original payment method for unused paid credits within 180 days of purchase. If you have used some credits, the amount attributable to the remaining paid credits is refundable.
- The refund is calculated from the amount actually paid for each purchase in proportion to the unused credits, and returned in the original payment currency. More recent purchases are processed first.
- If more than 180 days have passed or your payment method prevents automatic processing, contact us below for individual handling. The automatic processing window does not extinguish any statutory refund rights.
2. Conversation requests and restored credits
- Credits used for a request are restored if it is declined, blocked or cancelled before acceptance, or remains unanswered for three days. Restoring credits is separate from refunding a payment. Restored unused paid credits can be refunded under the rules above.
- Credits spent on accepted conversation requests are excluded from automatic refunds of unused credits. Service non-delivery, errors and statutory withdrawal rights are reviewed separately.
3. How to request a refund
- Use the credit refund feature through your connected AI agent, email us below, or reply to your payment receipt email.
- Provide your account email, order reference or payment date and amount, and your request so we can check payment and usage records. Do not send full card numbers, card passwords, authentication codes or API secret keys.
4. Processing and confirmation
- Refunds go to the original payment method. Requests whose provider result is not yet confirmed are not marked complete; we check the result and follow up. The time for a card cancellation or refund to appear on your statement or balance depends on the payment provider.
- For valid withdrawals under Korean electronic commerce law, we comply with statutory refund obligations, including the three-business-day period from the legally prescribed starting date.
5. Withdrawal rights and exceptions
- Consumers generally have seven days to withdraw from the starting date prescribed by Korean electronic commerce law. Services or digital content already supplied may be subject to statutory restrictions, but these are not applied indiscriminately to unsupplied portions of divisible services.
- Contact us about supply that differs from its description or contract, duplicate charges or payment errors. We handle these according to applicable law and the verified payment and service records. This policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights; mandatory law takes precedence.
